If you make the reservation via our call center or our website, the deadlines will be as follows:
PERIODS WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT:
National Holidays, New Year's Eve, Carnival and the months of January, February, July and December - Payment of 100% of the amount;
Other periods - payment can be made directly at check-in.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
Within 07 working days, the reservation;
If the Check-in date is less than this deadline, payment must be made within 48 working hours before Check-in.
For payment via bank deposit, this period will be 05 business days. In cases of deposits, after this date, that are not identified in a timely manner, a new payment will be charged by the hotel. In the case of subsequent identification, duplicate amounts will be reimbursed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
If the chosen payment is via bank deposit or PIX, the receipt must be sent to the confirmation email, within the deadlines above
If the payment option is via credit card, it is necessary to send a request to the confirmation email, respecting the deadlines above;

CANCELLATION
National holidays, New Year's Eve, Carnival and the months of January, February, July and December: 15 days before check-in
Other periods: 48 hours before check-in
In the case of prepaid reservations, the amount will be deposited to be used at a later date according to law No. 14,046 of August 24, 2020.
