How do I change my guest's reservation?

Requests for change and rescheduling must be sent to the e-mail of the reservation call center – brasil.reservas@vilagale.com – , by the company that made the reservation with Vila Galé, so they will be forwarded to the responsible department.


 

Reservation rescheduling must contain in the description: Contact of the person we will have to call to reschedule as well as the email and locator of the old reservation at Omnibees. In the attachment, enter the customer's request email. If the opening of the call does not occur by a regional manager, the attachment must contain the e-mail with the authorization of the regional manager to re-register.
